Hi All
I am a mewbie

I have been enjoying topics on this forum and I admit I have learned so much and I thank each and everyone you of you for imparting so much wisdom and revelations.

This is an add on about the Backlash topic,

A poster mention a female evangelst and what was revealed to her from God about her ministerring to others and th eposter received backlash from thr enemy. I however been reading and particpating in a ministry whose headquarters is based in Lagos Nigeria. It's a male, whose initilas begins with D last name ends with O. They are very aggesive in warfare and praying. I have visited some of their churches here, met nw freinds, have some of his cd's. I have learned a whole lot but I also been under numerous attacks from the enemy. It seems since I have been reading, studying his materials. In fact, I also I gain authority over my dreams based on the teachings of this ministry Some of the attacks, I do believe I caused,

here is my question. How do I know when to stop or keep on. I have my own church I belong to here but I was also interest in their teachings as well. I hope that I am not receiving backlash from the enemy?

Thank you

Warfare should be completely limited to what God specifically shows you to do. There are thousands, perhaps millions of needless casualties of war in the church because people ignorantly teach newbees to go after some devil. You don't need a lot of experience to discern a devil, but you do need to be taught by Jesus about how to deal with devils. When you walk in obedience to God, the attacks are overcome, every time... But if you are out there pulling down strongmen on your own recognizance, you are asking for real trouble.

If you feel that you have stepped outside the box, repent. We have all done it. The attacks will diminish and then you can focus on the battle or lesson that maybe God has you in. Don't go looking for a spiritual fight, or you will get one. It is much better to move beyond the dimension of warfare to the dimension of rest and accomplish the will of God from that place.

yes I agree, thanks for responding. I should explained when I said newbie, I am a newbie on this forum. Anyway I will look into this a little more. Although I am doing a corprate fast with them, maybe I should have stuck with my own lesson plan from the Lord. I fell so caged in an dall my resouces have been depleted. I feel left out. I know I am not forsaken but it is a weird place to be in when you feel all by yousrself and no one to turn to.
Thanks
