Warfare should be completely limited to what God specifically shows you to do. There are thousands, perhaps millions of needless casualties of war in the church because people ignorantly teach newbees to go after some devil. You don't need a lot of experience to discern a devil, but you do need to be taught by Jesus about how to deal with devils. When you walk in obedience to God, the attacks are overcome, every time... But if you are out there pulling down strongmen on your own recognizance, you are asking for real trouble.
If you feel that you have stepped outside the box, repent. We have all done it. The attacks will diminish and then you can focus on the battle or lesson that maybe God has you in. Don't go looking for a spiritual fight, or you will get one. It is much better to move beyond the dimension of warfare to the dimension of rest and accomplish the will of God from that place.
yes I agree, thanks for responding. I should explained when I said newbie, I am a newbie on this forum. Anyway I will look into this a little more. Although I am doing a corprate fast with them, maybe I should have stuck with my own lesson plan from the Lord. I fell so caged in an dall my resouces have been depleted. I feel left out. I know I am not forsaken but it is a weird place to be in when you feel all by yousrself and no one to turn to.
Thanks
