THE EIGHTH YEAR

Today, October 18, is the eighth day of assembly known as the Feast of Conclusion, which follows the seven days of Tabernacle (Succoth). The eighth day symbolizes one's removal from the cares of this world. It is a time when one enters the secret place in communion with the Lord. The eighth day is a day in which what was hidden is revealed.
It is a day when God's people rejoice over the prophetic word of the Lord and rejoice that Jesus Christ is still speaking to His Church. It is also a time in which the season that is behind us is brought to a conclusion.
Isaiah 42:9 Behold, the former things have come to pass, And new things I declare; Before they spring forth I tell you of them."
The number eight signifies a time of new beginnings. This year the Feast of Conclusion identifies the beginning of a very special season. This is true because not only is this the eighth day of assembly (of God with His people), but we have also entered into the eighth year, which is the beginning of a a new 5-year spiritual season.
The Conclusion of the Former Season:
The spiritual season that was completed on the Feast of Trumpets this year began on the Feast of Trumpets in 1996. This was a seven-year period of time in which the Lord was spiritually building the Tabernacle of David (Acts 15:16).The eighth year is the year following the seven-year season that ended in 2003. When I use this term (eighth year) I am not referring to just one year. I am referring to a new season that I believe will last for five years. The reason that I believe this is because the Lord has spoken to me that the year 2003 is a year of divine grace. The prophetic number for grace is five. God has also confirmed this to me through various prophetic words.
The main purpose of the past seven years was to raise up prophetic teachers. This work has taken place. The Lord has raised up a prophetic priesthood that can teach the word of God prophetically. When I say "prophetically" I mean that the written word will be taught in these days as it relates to the times and seasons in which we live. The words of the prophets will also be expounded by these teachers and brought to great clarity. This will reveal the fullness of God's purposes for the prophetic words that are coming forth.
The Declaration of the New:
We have entered into a new spiritual season in which fresh (new) oil will be given. In each new season the Lord adds a new fragrance to the anointing oil. The fragrance of the oil will define the specific work of the Holy Spirit in this season.Oil is a symbol of the Holy Spirit. Anointing oil is rubbed on a person or object to symbolize God’s presence and power coming upon that which it is placed.
In James 5:14 we are told to anoint the sick in Jesus Christ’s name. Christ, the Anointed One and His anointing (the Holy Spirit).
I believe that for each new spiritual season fresh oil is given. The oil given for the first coming of Jesus Christ was called the oil of joy and gladness.
Isaiah 61:1 "The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me, Because the LORD has anointed Me To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound;
Isaiah 61:2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, And the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn,
Isaiah 61:3 To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified."
Hebrews 1:8 But to the Son He says: "Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your Kingdom.
Hebrews 1:9 You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You With the oil of gladness more than Your companions."
At the beginning of a new season Jesus sent the twelve disciples out with the oil of healing.
Mark 6:13 And they cast out many demons, and anointed with oil many who were sick, and healed them.The anointing oil that was used for our Where Eagles Gather 2003 conference was a mixture of five oils (grace, again), which contained the following six ingredients: olive oil, frankincense, myrrh, cinnamon, cassia, and calamus. Six is the number of man now covered by grace.
These oils represent the oil that was given in the last seven years to bring forth the priests that were being raised up in the Tabernacle of David. A foreshadowing of this work is seen in the holy place in Moses’ tabernacle. The priest placed pure olive oil in the cups of the lampstand to keep it burning continually. They also put frankincense on the showbread and in the incense that was on the golden altar. Prophetic teachers were anointed for service in the Holy Place before the Lord.
The oil for the last season was to anoint God’s priests for the work of the ministry. To establish the priests in the five-fold callings of God according to Ephesians 4:11 (5 containers of oil mixed together).
The anointing oil for conference was also representative of the new oil of this new season, not the same oil, but it would represent another mixture of five fragrances, which will identify the work of the Holy Spirit in this new season.
The Five Oils:
The basis of all anointing oil is olive oil. Temple lamp – light and revelation that reveals the showbread (Jesus, the Bread of Life). The spice or fragrance that is added to the olive oil produces the fragrance of the anointing that identifies the specific work of the Holy Spirit in this season.
The last season’s oil was designed (mixed) to bring the priests of God forth. The new mix of five fragrances will bring the kings of this age forth in a fullness. (apostolic power)
Although there will be a 5-oil mix that will be at work throughout the five years, I believe that there will be a predominate fragrance for each of the five years.
1. Cedars of Lebanon – prosperity, strength, wholeness, performance (ability)
2. Spikenard – extravagant adoration and intimacy with Jesus, abandonment producing resurrection power
3. Rose of Sharon – glory, millennial rule – kingly anointing, kingly reign
4. Lily of the Valley – purity of heart and provision that comes with a pure heart, which seeks first the kingdom of God
5. Sweet Myrrh – dying to self to become a sweet smelling savor to the Lord. The establishing of the Bride without spot or wrinkle to rule and reign as kings (joint heirs seated with the King) from death to resurrection power.
These are the five oils of this coming season. Let the Holy Spirit mix these together and rub them upon us according to the good pleasure of the Lord.
God’s purpose for the Five Oils
God’s purpose for giving the oils of this season is to produce the anointing that will empower His servants to build His house.
On August 24 of this year the Lord gave me a word about “The King’s Cupbearers.” The King’s cupbearers will be those who bring the wine and oil of this season to the Church. They will be the builders of the house of God in this season. The revelation (wine) and oil (anointing) that will be poured into their cups will come from the great grace of the Lord that was given in 2003.
The Psalm that describes that which will take place in 2004 is Psalm 24:
Psalm 24:1 The earth is the Lord's, and all its fullness, The world and those who dwell therein.
Psalm 24:2 For He has founded it upon the seas, And established it upon the waters.
Psalm 24:3 Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? Or who may stand in His holy place?
Psalm 24:4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, Nor sworn deceitfully.
Psalm 24:5 He shall receive blessing from the LORD, And righteousness from the God of his salvation.
Psalm 24:6 This is Jacob, the generation of those who seek Him, Who seek Your face. Selah
Psalm 24:7 Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in.
Psalm 24:8 Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, The LORD mighty in battle.
Psalm 24:9 Lift up your heads, O you gates! Lift up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in.
Psalm 24:10 Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah
The King of Glory will give the oil of the kingly anointing to those who seek His face.
The Jacob Generation:
The cupbearers are the Jacob Generation who will establish the House of God (spiritual environment) by the power of the kingly (apostolic) anointing. They will, like Jacob, pour the oil on the cornerstone (Christ’s purposes) and thereby establish the spiritual Bethels of this day.
Genesis 28:10 Now Jacob went out from Beersheba and went toward Haran.
Genesis 28:11 So he came to a certain place and stayed there all night, because the sun had set. And he took one of the stones of that place and put it at his head, and he lay down in that place to sleep.
Genesis 28:12 Then he dreamed, and behold, a ladder was set up on the earth, and its top reached to heaven; and there the angels of God were ascending and descending on it.
Genesis 28:13 And behold, the LORD stood above it and said: "I am the LORD God of Abraham your father and the God of Isaac; the land on which you lie I will give to you and your descendants.
Genesis 28:14 "Also your descendants shall be as the dust of the earth; you shall spread abroad to the west and the east, to the north and the south; and in you and in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed.
Genesis 28:15 "Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you."
Genesis 28:16 Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said, "Surely the LORD is in this place, and I did not know it."
Genesis 28:17 And he was afraid and said, "How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven!"
Genesis 28:18 Then Jacob rose early in the morning, and took the stone that he had put at his head, set it up as a pillar, and poured oil on top of it.
Genesis 28:19 And he called the name of that place Bethel; but the name of that city had been Luz previously.
Bethel means house of God. Jesus is the ladder that connects earth with heaven (John 1:51). Jesus is the Rock that Jacob rested his head on. Jacob poured oil on the Rock identifying that Rock as the Christ (anointed One). On that Rock, which represents the revelation of Christ, God will build His house in these days.
Matthew 16:15 He said to them, "But who do you say that I am?"
Matthew 16:16 Simon Peter answered and said, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God."
Matthew 16:17 Jesus answered and said to him, "Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven.
Matthew 16:18 "And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.
Matthew 16:19 "And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven."This is God’s purpose – to provide the kingly anointing that breaks the yoke of Satan’s works and to build His house (Church). The kingly anointing will bring forth the true Church. The Church without spot or wrinkle, which will worship (serve) the Lord in spirit and in truth. The Master’s house will be built in this season, and it will be established through this visitation in which fresh oil will be given.
The Year 2004:
I have already stated that the Psalm for 2004 will be Psalm 24. We are also entering into a time of supernatural multiplication. Two times four is eight, which identifies a time of new beginnings with the expectation of increase. The five-year season that I am talking about will also come to conclusion in the year 2008.We are in for a major shift in this new season of acceleration and increase. There is coming a multiplication of God's great grace (empowerment), which will produce great glory, great liberty, great victory and great blessings in this coming season.
The main work of Satan right now is to discredit God's people and His purposes. We can see this work (signs in the natural) taking place politically in this nation and in the world. Nevertheless, when the enemy comes in like a flood the Lord raises up a standard against Satan's purposes (Isaiah 59:19). The standard of the Lord is truth, which will reveal the lies of the enemy. I believe that 2004 will be a time of vindication for God's people.
Because this is a time of new beginnings, the vindication that I am speaking of is prophesied in Psalm 8. The key statement is made in verse 2:
Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants You have ordained strength, because of Your enemies, that You may silence the enemy and the avenger.The year 2004 is also the fourth year of the Third Day Church. Four is the number of God's power at work in creation. 2004 will be a year when God (the Trinity) will empower His creation (man) with apostolic authority. There will be visible signs of the kingly anointing that breaks the yoke of Satan's purposes demonstrated in 2004. The Third Day Church will come to a place of divine maturity in this coming year.
The oil of the cedar of Lebanon will be applied to the servants of God by the Holy Spirit. This anointing will bring wholeness, strength and supernatural ability, which will bring God's people to a new level of spiritual maturity.
This anointing will once again release the supernatural (apostolic power) to manifest in the Church as it did in the first century. The release of this anointing will change the focus of the Church from social programs and entertainment to the doing of the work of the ministry by the power of the Holy Spirit. (Ephesians 4:12 and John 14:12)
The release of apostolic authority upon the servants of God will establish the spiritual order of divine government in the true Church. The present five-fold ministry will undergo a radical transformation. False prophets and apostles will be revealed by the Spirit of the Lord as such. And, those who are truly prophets and apostles will be confirmed by the Lord as His Spirit will reveal their callings to the Body of Christ.
The Divine Commission:
The divine commission for 2004 will be for the newly empowered Church to spiritually support President Bush. The flame of the burning bush must not be allowed to go out. President Bush is a type of Moses leading a nation out of bondage to Egypt (unrighteous world systems).The spirit of Korah has risen up to lead a revolt against the leadership of the President. This spirit must be defeated through the spiritual warfare of the saints. If the Church prays, the Korah's of this age will be swallowed up by the earth (be defeated and become insignificant).
President Bush's years in office coincide with the birthing and maturing of the Third Day Church. If the Church does its part (prays), then his next term will end in 2008 at the same time this five-year spiritual season ends. If he remains in office for the eight years, this nation (as a whole) will enter into a new season of divine prosperity. The nation will cross over its Jordan and receive the blessings that God intends for it to have. If God's people respond to the divine commission with unbelief (opposition) and godly leadership is lost, then American will be a desolate place, and the blessings will be lost.
These are the things that I was given to share at this time. More revelation of the five-fold oil and the five-year season will be unveiled as the year progresses. Some of the hidden things have been revealed, and there are more to follow.
Isaiah 48:6 "You have heard; See all this. And will you not declare it? I have made you hear new things from this time, Even hidden things, and you did not know them.Let us all pray that these new things will be fully expounded by the Holy Spirit. May we be given inspiration that will cause us to continue to ask and to seek and to knock upon the Master's door until it is fully opened to us.
