THE BREAD AND THE OIL

I had a dream in which I was reading from a book that I had read from before. This is a book that contains the hidden mysteries of God that will be revealed in this, the end of the Church Age (Revelation 10:4-7). The last time I read a portion of this book I received a revelation about the power of the Blood of Jesus. The word that came forth was about embracing Jesus (http://ft111.com/embracing.htm).
Once again, on May 5th I was reading from this book. It is written in a spiritual language, which is only understood by the Spirit. I was reading a passage from the book that had to do with the bread of life and the oil of power when I was awakened at 3:12 a.m. I believe the time to be significant as it relates to the divine government of God that will be raised up in this, the Third Day of Christ. The number three represents the Third Day, which is this present time frame. The number twelve has to do with the apostolic government, which the Lord is establishing in these days. Therefore, the mystery of the bread and oil have to do with the work of the Holy Spirit in preparing those who will be instrumental in bringing forth the divine rule of Christ in His Church.
As I was awakened, the Lord spoke to me and said, "When the oil is placed upon the bread you will know the power of this age. When the oil is on the bread the works which I did you will also do and even greater things will be accomplished in the Third Day of Resurrection Power."
The bread is a symbol of the Word of God. Jesus is the Living Word of God who came from Heaven and took on flesh.
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
In John 6:56-63 Jesus says that we are to feed on His flesh (bread, which is the Word). He says that if we eat this bread we will live forever, but then He says that the flesh (bread) profits nothing unless the Spirit (oil) is upon the bread. The Spirit (oil) upon the bread (Word) produces life (resurrection power).
The Master is speaking about the Word of Truth (bread) being immersed in the oil, which is the Spirit of Truth, and this will produce the power of this age, the Third Day of Christ, the day of resurrection power.
I believe that the revelation, which the Lord has in mind for us to receive, will come in the understanding of blessing, breaking and oiling of the bread. Consider the life of Jesus. God the Father blessed us with the life of Jesus when He took on flesh and came down from Heaven as the Bread of Life. For three and a half years He was a blessing to His disciples as He fed them the manna from Heaven. He then became broken bread when He died on the Cross of Calvary.
When we become
Christians we feed upon the broken body of Jesus Christ, and when
we partake of that bread we likewise become the bread that Christ
1 Corinthians 10:16 The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?
1 Corinthians 10:17 For we, though many, are one bread and one body; for we all partake of that one bread.
The apostle Paul says that we become a part of the one loaf of bread because we have communion (relationship) with Jesus who is the Bread of Life. We become one with Jesus in His brokenness, which took place on the Cross.
Fifty days later
when the Day of Pentecost had fully come Jesus baptized the
Church (bread) in the oil of the Spirit, and the Church went
forth in power to do the works of Christ. Jesus said in John 14:12
that we would do the works that He did because He was going to
His Father. We are told why:
John 15:26 "But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.
Acts 1:8 "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."
Exodus 29:1-4 tells us that the bread that was offered for the consecration of the priests was anointed with oil. I believe that this is what the Lord was referring to for this present generation. We are the priests and kings of God. We are the bread, which must be anointed with the Holy Spirit (oil) if we are to be of use to the Master in this season.
Before the bread
of this Third Day is anointed with the oil, it must be broken. It
is in the breaking of the bread that Christ will be revealed,
according to His purposes, to those who will establish the rule
of Christ in His Church. After the resurrection of Jesus revealed
Himself in the breaking of the bread.
Luke 24:30 Now it came to pass, as He sat at the table with them, that He took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to them.
Luke 24:31 Then their eyes were opened and they knew Him; and He vanished from their sight.
Those who yield themselves to the breaking of the power of the flesh and its activities and submit themselves totally to the purposes of Christ for this age will then be anointed with the oil. The oil represents the anointing of this day. The Third Day anointing is a mixture of the anointing of a prophet, priest and king. The kingly anointing will produce apostolic power, which will establish the rule of Christ in His house.
The Master is about to reveal Himself to those who are willing to become broken bread. He will then anoint His bread with the oil of the Third Day. The word of truth (pure doctrine) will be established, which the Spirit of Truth will give witness to. The word will be confirmed with the signs and wonders of the Third Day. Resurrection power will be demonstrated, and the works that Jesus did will once again be witnessed among His people.
The Lord has spoken, "When the oil is placed upon the bread you will know the power of this age."
